Introduction:

Hello, and thanks for visiting my site! It is a privilege to be able to introduce myself to you, and to let you know about the services which I have to offer.  

I am a creative story-teller, a diligent researcher, and an active listener.  I have a track record for matching an organization’s value proposition with a customer’s business needs.

I have over 15+ years of experience as a Web Producer, Content Curator, Product & Services Sales Enablement Specialist, and Marketing Manager. During this time, I have helped to:

  • Maintain and improve upon existing sales and/or marketing content & processes
  • Create new sales and/or marketing content & processes which align with customer needs
  • Maintain and improve upon existing sites
  • Create new WordPress sites with the desired look, feel, and functionality

Core Focus: 

My primary objective as a Web & Marketing Campaign Support Specialist is to help organizations optimize the user experience for their customers. Creating customer-centric and engaging mobile-first web interfaces that include compelling visual content while helping to sustain and/or improve upon each organization’s brand identity plays a key role to achieving this objective.

I have hands-on and real-world experience in Front-End Web Development, Web Design, Email Marketing, Marketing Content Creation, and Sales Process Enablement.

Achievements: 

My career acknowledgements to date include being awarded Sales Support Representative of the Quarter, as well as nominated as an Agreements Registry/Siebel/CRM “Super User,” Product Configuration Champion, Assisting Member to Sun’s W5C Field Study Project, and Team Sales Support Representative Site Lead, for Sun Microsystems.

Degrees & Certifications: 

I possess a BS in Engineering: Physics, with Applied Math from the University of Central Florida, an MBA from the University of Colorado at Denver, and hold Front-End Web Developer and Web Design Certificates from Wake Tech Community College.
